Vacant & Vacation House Cleaners.

Wow! I am blown away by this company. They were easy to schedule, very flexible (I had to cancel because my carpet company was a day behind and they rescheduled for the next day), pricing was great (at least $100-150 cheaper than 3 other companies that I called and that was just for 3 hours), and so friendly! I cannot say enough good things about them! Our rental property was disgusting after our renters moved out, and it smelled really bad. After Liz and her crew finished cleaning, from 8am - 4pm, it smelled great and looked like a brand new house. They even purchased new drip pans for our stove! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone! Very, happy customer!”

“Liz and her assistant proved to be a great find. The house was extremely dirty from the previous occupant. They showed up right on time and got to work. I asked them to do a little additional work, which they gladly did at a very reasonable cost. The results exceeded my expectations I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.”

"Liz and Roxie are extremely professional, knowledgeable, beyond thorough and offer competitive rates. We have several rental properties, one of which is a furnished vacation rental. We have used Liz and Roxie for a newly purchased short sale vacant house, a rental house vacated due to eviction and several times for the furnished vacation rental between guest stays. They accept the cleaning challenges that come with eviction, short sale and foreclosure homes. I appreciate the close attention they pay to small details and they are so dependable and trustworthy. I feel I have high expectations for the cleaning results of my properties and they never disappoint. I am so glad I have found them to help keep our rental business moving forward quickly."

“Hired Liz to clean a new house I bought in a short sale. The house had been trashed and was extremely dirty. She came to the house and gave a very reasonable estimate. She sent me a list of the items they would clean in writing and was very prompt in replying to any/all questions. There was about a month between when she gave the estimate and when we actually had her come in and do the work. She would text me every week during this time to make sure nothing had changed and so that I could get the earliest/best time slot. The day she came and cleaned they were prompt, worked hard all day, and did a great job! Couldn't be happier with the results and all at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her again. ”
